Product Description

Thick wall coil is made of steel plate or steel strip after bending and then welded. Because of its different welding process according to the form of weld, divided into straight seam welded pipe, and spiral welded pipe, T-welded pipe. According to its use, it is divided into welded pipe, electric welding (resistance welding) pipe and automatic arc welding pipe, electric furnace welding pipe, galvanized welding pipe, oxygen blowing welding pipe, wire casing, metric welded pipe, roller pipe, deep well pump pipe, automobile pipe, transformer pipe, electric welded thin-wall pipe, because of its end shape and is divided into circular welded pipe and special shape (square, flat, etc.) welded pipe.

Hot -rolled thick wall: the wall thickness of the coil tube is generally more than 20mm >, and the outer diameter range is 450-3000mm. Hot coil thick wall coil tube is rolled, welded, formed, reinforced, flaw detection and delivered in the state of steel plate heating. Sometimes the wall thickness is particularly thick and needs secondary heating. It is characterized by small outside diameter tolerance, uniform wall thickness, etc. The main thing is that hot coiled thick wall coiled pipe will not harm the performance of raw materials. The disadvantages of hot coiled thick wall coiled pipe are long processing time and high cost. Hot coil thick wall coil is widely used: machining, oil cylinder, hydraulic, bridge, roll, etc.
 

Cold-rolled thick wall: the wall thickness of the tube is less than 20mm, the outer diameter is 450-3000mm, it is made of steel plate direct rolling, welding, forming, butt, and reinforcement. Cold-rolled thick wall tube has the characteristics of short processing time, rapid delivery, low cost, cold-rolled thick wall tube is mainly used for: pipe, brand, column, etc.
