SECTION STEEL
Angle steel	Angle steel is a structural steel for construction, which is a section steel with simple section, It is mainly used for metal components and plant frame. In use, it is required to have good weldability, plastic deformation performance and certain mechanical strength.
Channel steel	Channel steel is a long strip of steel with groove section, which belongs to carbon structural steel for construction and machinery. Channel steel is mainly used for building structure, curtain wall engineering, mechanical equipment and vehicle manufacturing.
H-beam	H-beam steel is a kind of economic section high-efficiency profile with more optimized section area distribution and more reasonable strength weight ratio. Because all parts of H-section steel are arranged at right angles, H-section steel has the advantages of strong bending resistance, simple construction, cost saving and light structural weight in all directions
I-beam	I-beam is also called steel beam, It is a long strip of steel with I-shaped section. I-beam is divided into ordinary I-beam and light I-beam. More members are directly used for bending in the plane of their webs or form lattice stressed members.
Flat steel	Flat steel refers to steel with width of 12-300mm, thickness of 3-60mm, rectangular section and slightly blunt edge. Flat steel can be finished steel, or it can be used as blank for welded pipe and thin slab for laminated thin plate. Different between I beam and H beam:

1.H-shaped steel is a widely used profile in steel structure buildings today, and it has many differences compared with I-shaped steel. The first is the flange, and second, the inner surface of the flange has no inclination, and the upper and lower surfaces are parallel. The cross-sectional properties of H-beams are significantly better than traditional I-beams, channel steels and angle steels.

2.The two outer and inner sides of the H-shaped steel have no slope and are straight. This makes the welding and splicing of H-beams easier than I-beams, and has better mechanical properties per unit weight, which can save a lot of materials and construction time. The section of the I-beam is well subjected to vertical pressure and resistant to tension, but the section size cannot resist torsion because the wing plate is too narrow. H steel is the opposite, both have their own advantages and disadvantages.
